Thank you for shopping with Richie Rich Hats! Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.  We currently ship within the United States using trusted USPS, which typically arrives in 3-5 business days, while priority shipping arrives in 2-3 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped. 

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Richie Rich Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional help, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Richie Rich Hats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
